Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label or use the provided QR code for a paperless drop-off.

Pack and Post

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Store Credit

After our warehouse team inspects your return, you will receive an email containing a store credit voucher to use on your next Babyboo purchase.
